Are Gossip Magazines Biased Against Black Celebrities?
I was checking out the NY Daily News and they posted this interesting article about how the Beyonce and Jay-Z wedding played second fiddle to stories about Britney Spears and even Jennifer Aniston!
A top tabloid [says] that Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s wedding was played down by the weeklies because “African-Americans don’t sell covers.”
Of the big five celebrity glossies out midweek, only Us Weekly gave Beyoncé the top spot on the cover. Other magazines gave her second billing to the likes of Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez and Jennifer Aniston.
Even wedding photos make less money for black stars, says another source. “Eva Longoria can get $1 million for wedding photos, but without the expectation of cover sales, Beyoncé might have gotten as little as $250,000 if she had sold hers,” says a top editor.
It’s kind of ridiculous, but who gives a fuck. Unlike Britney Jean Spears, Beyonce has maintained her fame solely on being a recording artist and an actress. So I highly doubt she cares if she’s in all the weekly tabloids. And I hope she doesn’t sale anything, unless she gets top dollar and I also hope she is totally aware she can always donate them to us at TabloidWreck.com!
They Beat The Shit Out Of This Girl!
I’m not anti-fighting if they deserved to get their ass kicked. BUT, know when to stop and dont try to kill the person, like these Florida girls did ! Six girls invited a girl over to a house to give her a beat down, while they filmed the entire thing.
“Six teen girls lured a former friend to a home and ambushed her, taking turns pounding on her face and body for 30 minutes until she was unconscious as someone videotaped the violence.
‘Shocking, I’ve never seen anything like it,’ Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said. ‘They seem to have absolutely no remorse at all. I don’t understand the sheer violence.’
Police said the girl traveled to the house and walked into the trap. One girl met her at the door and five others were hiding in a back room, detectives said. The girls were then seen on video pummeling the girl in the face and body and slamming her head into a wall.
As the videotape rolled, a girl’s voice is heard yelling ‘There is only 17 seconds left; make it good.’ Police said the girls wanted to post the video on YouTube and MySpace. Police said two boys stood lookout outside the house during the beating.
The girl was taken to a hospital by ambulance and treated for a concussion, damage to her left eye and left ear, and numerous bruises, the report said. The girl can no longer see well out of one eye and hear from one ear, Local 6 reported.”

This Guy Does Not Give a Fuck!
Corey Worthington, an Australian teen, threw a party that over 500 people showed up to. When the police came to break it up, Corey and his friends were not having it. They threw beer bottles and missiles at the police cars. After 30 officers, a police helicopter and police dogs were called in, the party was eventually brought to a halt. Ironically, no arrest were made, but Delany did receive a $20,000 fine. Wtf? I cant throw a party with 30 people without getting arrested and fined! Above is an interview he did with the local news. As you can see he does not give fuck. The best part is when he refuses to take off his glasses!
